Noria Technologies LLC ("Noria", "we") builds custom AI software. We operate from Austin, Texas, USA and Quito, Ecuador.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through noria-tech.com and how we use it. If you have questions, email hello@noria-tech.com.

When you request a call: your name, email address, and job title, plus your company website and notes if you choose to add them. We also record the time you picked and your time zone.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you browse: anonymous, aggregated usage data — pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type — through Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

To respond to your request, schedule and hold calls, send you a confirmation and follow-up about your request, and improve our website.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Call requests and emails are delivered to and stored in our email account with Google (Gmail). The website is hosted by Vercel, which also provides our analytics.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

While you fill in the booking form, your browser temporarily keeps your progress in session storage so it isn't lost if you switch languages. It's cleared when you send the request or close the tab.

We keep call requests and related emails for as long as we have a business relationship or a reason to follow up, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Depending on where you live — for example under Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law, the EU's GDPR, or US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
